Quick Reviews NZ LTD Free Trial Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Duration of the Free Trial:

Your Free Trial will begin when you have been informed by us, either by email or by phone, that your account has been set up. It will run for no less than 21 days from that date. Quick Reviews NZ Ltd reserves the right, at our discretion, to extend the Free Trial beyond the 21 days should we see fit.

3. End of the Free Trial:

At the end of your Free Trial, you will need to subscribe to one of our plans to continue to use our software.

4. Your New Subscription:

You are free to choose from any of our subscription plans, however some of the features that were available during your free trial may be either limited or disabled depending on the plan you select.

5. Non Subscription:

Should you decide not to continue with our system Quick Reviews NZ Ltd will suspend your account until such time as you do subscribe and pay for the subscription. Any and all reviews that you may have received during your free trial will remain intact. We can not delete them.

6. NFC cards:

As part of your free trial, we may send you a minimum quantity of NFC cards to trial. At the end of your free trial the NFC cards will be disabled until you subscribe to one of our plans. These NFC cards remain the property of Quick Reviews NZ Ltd until such time as your payment for your new subscription has been made.

If your new subscription includes a pack of NFC cards greater than the quantity we have supplied for your free trial we will send you the balance to make up the difference.

Should you decide not to continue and subscribe to one of our plans you have 3 options;

1. Pay for them at the current price shown on our website,

2. Return them to us at your cost in good saleable condition, and there will be no charge, or

3. Buy them and return them to us at your cost for reprogramming. We will for a minimal fee, reprogramme them to point directly to your Google Reviews link.
