No. Our NFC review cards don't require a monthly subscription. You buy the card, we program it with your Google review link and it's ready to use.
If you do have a Quick Reviews monthly plan, your NFC card can connect with your AI Team so new reviews can trigger features such as AI review replies, social media content and reputation monitoring.
Will the card work on any phone?
Yes. Nearly all modern smartphones have NFC technology built in.
What if my customer doesn't use NFC?
Nearly all modern smartphones support NFC. If a customer's phone doesn't, you can also offer them a QR code linking to your Google review page. You can print the QR code or keep a copy on your phone for customers to scan.
Can I reprogramme my NFC card myself?
No. Quick Reviews NFC cards are factory password protected and cannot be reprogrammed by customers. If you need the link changed, return the card to Quick Reviews NZ and we'll reprogramme it for $5 plus courier fees.
What happens if I lose my NFC card?
A lost card does not give anyone access to your Quick Reviews account. The card can only open the review link programmed onto it. If you need a replacement, you can order another NFC card from Quick Reviews NZ
